Senza Parole - General Terms and Conditions

3. Any person over the age of 18 may order the Senza Parole test, subject to a limit on the number of orders per person and household as defined by the order address and email address.

4. This trial offer is valid from 8/1/2023 to 1/31/2024 or while supplies last. Bataillard reserves the right to cancel and terminate the trial offer at any time during the above period.


To order the trial version of Senza Parole, the customer must have a current delivery address in Switzerland.

8. the Customer must place his order personally and manually through an Internet browser. Bataillard SA reserves the right to refuse a shipment if it considers that the shipment was created and/or transmitted by automatic means or by a computer input service.

9. orders are processed and shipped within a processing time of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
