This competition is organised by Bataillard AG, distributor of the Senza Parole brand in Switzerland and holder of the Senza Parole licence for Switzerland, Hasenmoosstrasse 33, CH-6023 Rothenburg, Switzerland.

Eligible persons must be resident in Switzerland and at least 18 years of age. Employees of Rothenburg AG and partner companies are not eligible.

The winners will be notified by e-mail. No correspondence will be entered into about the voting. A cash payment or the legal process are excluded. Participation in the competition is without obligation to purchase or order. The duration of the competitions will be determined and announced for each individual competition.

Prizes associated with participation in an event will be issued in the name of the person who entered the competition and are not transferable to third parties.

We (Senza Parole / the Bataillard AG) reserve the right to ask for your consent to publish your entry (photo, video, text, etc.), including your name.
